Private Events at The Jazz Café

Whatever you’re celebrating whether it’s a birthday, anniversary or you just want an excuse to party, The Jazz Café is perfect for your event!

The Jazz Café is a spacious, modern venue and able to cater for gatherings from 65 guests to large parties of 240.

Hire Charge:

Hire prices for The Jazz Café start from £450.00 on a weekday, £500.00 on a Friday and £650.00 on a Saturday.

This rate includes:

• Hiring the venue for the agreed times
• Use of the bar with bartenders
• Dressed venue
• A member of staff on the door to greet your guests
• Complimentary, onsite car parking

Food and drink are additional charges.

Food:

We have a number of different menus available for you to choose from. Each menu features delicious dishes from around the world including vegetarian and vegan options. We also cater for other dietary requirements, please just let us know in advance of your booking.

Entertainment:

You are more than welcome to hire your own Band or DJ for your event, however we do ask that they have their own PAT tested equipment and Public Liability Insurance. Alternatively, we would be more than happy to book a band or DJ for you. Please let us know at least 6 weeks before your event if you would like us to book entertainment on your behalf. Bands will be booked subject to their availability.

Overnight Accommodation:

Why not make a night of it and stay at The Voco Hotel at Select Car Leasing Stadium?

This 4* hotel kindly offer a special room rate for Jazz Café guests starting from just £60.00 per room. Please contact our team for more details. Please note that the room rates are subject to change and decided by Hotel Management.

Wakes:

Here at The Jazz Café, we understand that planning a wake needs to be as stress-free as possible. That’s why we’ve got fantastic packages at fantastic prices leaving you to take care of yourself and your loved ones at this difficult time.

Our package includes:-

• Venue hire
• A delicious buffet
• Use of the bar with bartenders
• Whiten linen on the tables
• White vases for your flowers
• Background music
• Use of the projector & screen to show pictures
• Complimentary, onsite parking

Charity Events at The Jazz Café

If you’re searching for a contemporary venue for your next charity fundraising event – look no further!

Here at The Jazz Café, we pride ourselves in offering the very best in customer service, food, drink and live entertainment. Holding your charity event with us is easy and affordable, because after all we know how important it is for you to raise as much money as possible for your cause rather than spend it on the venue.

Our Charity Packages:

Package One - 50-80 guests

• Dressed venue
• Choose from a delicious buffet or an exquisite 3 course meal
• Discount on pre-ordered wine
• Stage, dancefloor & state of the art sound system with microphones
• Preferential accommodation rates at neighbouring 4* hotel: Voco Hotel Reading
• Complimentary, onsite parking

Venue hire starts from £175.00 on a Friday or is free on a Thursday.

Package Two – Over 80 guests

• As per Package One plus
• Complimentary venue hire
• Jazz Experience for 2 Raffle Prize
• 5% of the bar takings will be donated to your charity

Menu prices are charged separately and start from just £12.50 per person. Menu prices are subject to number of guests and the type of menu chosen.

Grab & Go Lunch

Tired of having to make your own lunch whilst you work from home? Searching for something tasty with minimal effort? Why not take a trip to The Jazz Café where our Grab & Go Lunch is now available!

Simply pop in, order from our hand-picked menu and take it away with you once it’s ready. Alongside our hot and cold lunch items, you can also purchase drinks to take away too.

Available from 11:00am every weekday until 1:30pm.

Find us between Gates 7 & 8 at Select Car Leasing Stadium.

Corporate Events at The Jazz Café

Whether it’s a company celebration, networking evening or an end of year party, The Jazz Café has everything you could need for a successful event with delicious food, a well-stocked bar and entertainment from our resident DJ.

The Jazz Café can accommodate up to 200 guests in an informal reception set up or up to 120 for a sit-down meal with dancefloor.

Our Corporate Event Package includes:-

• Private hire of the venue for your agreed timings
• Lavish hot & cold buffet or 3 course sit down meal
• Use of our well-stocked bar and bartenders
• A stage, microphone and projector to present speeches
• Fantastic entertainment from our resident DJ
• Easy venue access and complimentary, onsite parking

This package starts from £28.50 + VAT per person based on a minimum number of 80 guests. For a simpler package, prices start from £22.50 + VAT per person.
