We arrived on New Years Eve excited and looking forward to an evening of fun, food, dance and laughter. What disappointment we had with the food. The music and dancing was brilliant but the food left much to be desired. I travelled all the way from Maidstone in Kent to spend New Years Eve celebrating with my sister and family and was so disappointed with the food. May I suggest that when one is spending £55 per person and my sister booked for 10 people that the website clearly states the food that is going to be available. Had we known we would have paid entry of £30 and gone out for a lovely meal before hand. How disappointed I feel to have to complain as otherwise this was a brilliant evening.

Absolutely fantastic night! Food was excellent,not to much but not too little. We had a groupon deal but fit a lot for our money. Drinks a little pricey but the staff were very welcoming,good table service and for someone who doesn't like bands I had an amazing time,band were very good,interacted with the guests, doorman wonderfully friendly and even managed to catch him having a jig to the jazz band playing. Over all a fabulous experience and will Definitly we going back. Thank you.

Dear Sally - I just wanted to say a big thank you for the marvellous table you organised for us last night!! We had an amazing view! The whole night was excellent - every body had a great time. The atmosphere was superb! I would also like to pass on some comments from people I was speaking to during the evening/ The venue was wonderful and the staff were so happy and helpful. Hi Sally, Just want to thank you all at the Jazz Cafe for a wonderful evening on Saturday. The "Happy Birthday Debra" sign was a lovely touch and having a little area and table for us all was great. The DJ was amazing and played all of our requests for us. Debbie had a lovely birthday

Thanks so much to Dave, Chris and the team for a fantastic Christmas party. The band was a hit with all of us – and some of us even got up on stage with them! Great good, exceptional service – we will be back! I’d highly recommend The Jazz Café to anyone looking for a first-class Christmas party venue.

Hi Sally, Thank you, and all of your team for a great night last Friday (Tony James Breakfast Club Night.) The food was excellent and you had obviously made a special effort to look after Ann one of the guests and found her some gluten free bread, which was very much appreciated. A great night was had by all!
