Your wedding day is of course one of the most important days of your life and we understand how important it is that everything runs smoothly with no hiccups for yourself and your guests. It’s no secret that planning a wedding can be stressful, however if you choose us as your wedding venue we will do our very best to ease the stress and make the planning process as enjoyable as possible!
So, what can you expect when you choose The Jazz Café as your wedding venue? Read on to find out…
If you are considering hosting your wedding with us, we would love to hear from you! Firstly, we need to check that 1) we can accommodate your numbers and 2) we have the availability on your preferred date.
The best way to enquire with us is to send us an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your preferred date, your guest numbers, your catering requirements and anything else that we need to know about to make your wedding day as wonderful as possible! Please note that we are not licensed for wedding ceremonies, therefore you will need to arrange this at a church, registry office or alternative venue. We can then take over for your wedding breakfast and evening reception.
Once you’ve made your enquiry, we will do our very best to respond to your email as soon as possible and should we be able to accommodate your wedding, we’ll also provide you with a bespoke package based on your requirements complete with a price. If you would like to come and view the venue, please do let us know so that we can arrange a suitable time for both parties.
Next Steps & Confirmation
Once you have chosen The Jazz Café as your wedding venue and confirmed the package and price with us, we will require a contract and deposit to secure your booking.
We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible, so please do let us know if you have any payment queries at this stage of the booking process. Please note that full pre-payment will be required before arrival.
Approximately one month before your wedding day, we’ll be in contact to discuss your final details. This will include your final guest numbers along with any dietary requirements that they may have, your table plan, menu choices and order of the day.
You’re welcome to decorate The Jazz Café in your chosen wedding décor which may include chair covers and sashes, table crockery and runners and any table centre-pieces that you wish to bring into the venue. Please note that we do have a couple of restrictions when it comes to decorating, so please do ask us in advance to avoid any disappointment.
When the big day finally arrives, you will be able to relax knowing that we are in control and will be looking after you and your guests meticulously all day long.
From us, you can expect everything to run to time, as we have many many years of experience in running events. Whether you’re joining us for your wedding breakfast or just your evening reception, we will be doing our very best to ensure you and your guests are having a great time.
Once onsite, our bar will be open and well-stocked with our efficient, skilled bartenders on hand to serve all night long. We have a huge selection of draught beer on tap alongside our bar menu, so we’re bound to have something for everyone. Whether you’re joining us for a 3 course wedding breakfast or an evening buffet, you can guarantee you’ll have a delicious meal. All of our dishes are freshly cooked using traditional recipes using the very best ingredients we can get our hands on!
When it’s time to get the party started, we have an abundance of party bands and DJs on our books that we would be more than happy to share details on so that you can make the right choice of entertainment for you.
