It will come as no surprise that we love events here at The Jazz Café. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with exceptional service, delicious food and a well-stocked bar; not to mention our books are full of fantastic DJs and bands that will guarantee a packed dancefloor!
We are able to accommodate gatherings from 65 guests up to large parties of 240 and welcome guests to decorate the venue as they wish to make the space really feel like theirs for the evening. We have a number of lovely, local suppliers that we can put you in contact with that will be able to help you bring your décor dreams to life!
So, what events can you hire the Jazz Café for?
Private Events
Exclusively hire us for your next party, whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, baby shower or graduation celebration.
Hire of The Jazz Cafe includes:
- Venue hire for the agreed times
- Use of the bar and bartenders
- A dressed venue
- A member of staff on the door to greet your guests
- Complimentary, onsite parking
Charges start from £450 on a weekday, £500 on a Friday and £650 on a Saturday.
When it comes to food, we don’t disappoint! We have a selection of menus available for you to choose from. Each menu features dishes from around the world including vegetarian and vegan options. Menus are charged separately and costs are dependent on the chosen menu.
Charity Events
Choosing The Jazz Café as your venue for your next charity event is easy and affordable. We completely understand how important it is for you to raise as much money as possible for your chosen cause so our packages have been designed with this in mind.
Package One (50-80 guests)
- Dressed venue
- Choose between a delicious buffet or a three course meal
- A discount on pre-ordered wine
- Stage, dancefloor and state of the art sound system
- Special discounted accommodation rates at neighbouring 4* voco hotel
- Complimentary, onsite parking
Venue hire starts from £175 on a Friday or complimentary on a Thursday.
Package Two (Over 80 guests)
- All of Package One
- Complimentary venue hire
- Jazz Experience for 2 raffle prize
- 5% of the bar takings that evening will be donated to your charity
Menus are charged separately and start from just £12.50 per person.
Corporate Events
Whether it’s a company celebration, networking event or end of year party, The Jazz Café has everything you need for a successful event.
Our Corporate Event Package includes:
- Private hire of The Jazz Café for the agreed timings
- Lavish hot & cold buffet or a three course meal
- Use of our well-stocked bar with bartenders
- Stage, microphone and projector for speeches
- Fantastic entertainment from our resident DJ
- Easy venue access and complimentary, onsite parking
This package starts from £28.50 + VAT per person based on a minimum of 80 guests. A simpler package is available from £22.50 + VAT per person.
Drinks packages are also available to add-on to your event. These include a glass of bubbles on arrival, 1/2 bottle of wine for the table and drinks vouchers. Please enquire with us directly for prices and availability.
