We know it’s early to start thinking about Christmas, especially as we haven’t even had Summer yet, but for companies now is the perfect time to get your annual party booked. There are only so many nights in December, so if you have a preferred date, make sure you check our availability sooner rather than later to ensure you get the date that you want!
Joiner Parties
For smaller companies, our Joiner Party Nights provide the ideal festive celebration. If you’re not sure what a Joiner Party Night is all about, then let us explain. These party nights are one big party made up of smaller groups of people. Some of the groups will be friends looking for a night out, whilst the rest of them will be just like you; groups of work colleagues. Joiner Party Nights can be great fun as you get to mingle with different people from different industries.
Our Joiner Party Night packages include:-
- A table or dedicated area for your group for the evening
- 3 course festive meal
- Incredible live music from one of our resident bands
- DJ & disco until late
If you need somewhere to rest your head for the evening, neighbouring 4* hotel Voco Reading offer our guests a discounted rate when they’re partying with us and if you’re a designated driver, our parking is onsite and completely free.
Private Party Nights
If you’re a larger company, we’re talking a minimum of 80 guests, then you can hire our venue exclusively for your Christmas party. Private parties are available to book Sunday through Thursday from late November through to early January.
Our Private Party Night packages include:-
- Private hire of the venue as per your agreed timings
- Christmas decorations & novelties for the tables
- Table linen, crockery & cutlery
- Use of our AV equipment for any presentations that you may wish to make
- Complimentary, onsite parking
Also included in the package, is the option to have a hot & cold buffet or a delicious 3 course festive meal.
Optional extras include a Prosecco arrival drink, wine for the tables and drinks tokens.
We also offer evening hire of The Jazz Café if you’d like to host a festive drinks reception either for your work colleagues or for your clients.
