This festive season at The Jazz Cafe, there’s plenty of choice when deciding what event to attend. If you’re searching for a Christmas party venue on behalf of your company, there’s the option of choosing to hire the venue exclusively (number permitting), the option of joining a party night or the option of hosting a festive lunch instead. Each event has been designed with you in mind with each package including everything you could possibly need for an amazing party, for example, food, music and Christmas novelties.
If you’re on the search for somewhere for you and your friends to go out at Christmas time, we strongly recommend our shared party nights. There’s plenty of choice when it comes to choosing which band you’d like to see perform as we have bands from all types of music genres. There’s something to suit everyone’s tastes. The shared party nights are perfect for smaller groups of friends wanting the atmosphere of a larger party, and packages include a table / area for the evening, entertainment and Christmas novelties as standard. It’s your choice entirely if you wish to dine with us before the party really gets started or if you just fancy turning up for the music!
2. Delicious, festive food
Here at The Jazz Cafe we pride ourselves on our food. We only source local, seasonal ingredients from trusted suppliers and always cook from scratch using traditional recipes. For this reason, we can be really flexible for those that may have a dietary requirement or allergy and are able to cater for everyone.
Our festive menu won’t disappoint either! Our Chefs have curated a menu celebrating the season whilst offering plenty of choice for those that may not like traditional turkey roast dinners and Christmas pudding. The menu caters for vegetarians, vegans, and those that are dairy and gluten free.
3. Fantastic entertainment
If you choose to attend one of our very popular shared party nights, you’ll have the hard job of deciding what band you’d like to see perform. Every one of the bands are regulars with us and have been performing at the venue for many years. They’re always professional and bring the energy filling the dancefloor every single time. They are all super talented and feature some of the very best musicians that the South East has to offer.
Music genres range from Motown and soul to funk, disco and RnB with a little bit of contemporary music thrown in for good measure. Once the bands have finished for their sets, our resident DJ will continue the tunes into the early hours of the morning.
4. Of course, the bar!
It has to be said that a Christmas party is not a Christmas party without some festive fizz, and luckily for all of our Christmas party guests, we have a well-stocked bar and team of highly trained bartenders ready to serve you your favourite tipple. If you’re hiring us exclusively for your party, use of our bar and bartenders is included within the package. For private parties, we can also upgrade your party package to include an arrival drink and / or wine for the table or even a bar tab if you’d like to give your guests a choice.
5. Location, location, location
The Jazz Cafe is conveniently located just under 5 minutes from J11 of the M4 and around 10 minutes from Reading town centre making us an ideal choice for your party night. Once you’ve finished partying with us, why not head into town for further festivities?
