Our Christmas Party Nights officially kicked off on Friday 1st December last week, and we wanted to share the fun with you via a blog post!
Friday 1st – The SoulTones
Our first Christmas party of the 2023 season kicked off with a bang with a sold out dinner service where each guest enjoyed a three-course festive meal.
There was something for everyone on the menu with a choice of starters, mains and desserts. Of course, a traditional turkey roast dinner was on the menu with all the trimmings. Once plates had been cleared, it was time to get the party started.
The SoulTones were performing this evening and took to the stage with professionalism and enthusiasm. This 7-piece band gave a high energy performance of all the best tracks from the disco, Motown and soul era. The dancefloor was packed!
Saturday 2nd – The Chain Gang
On Saturday, we had another sold out dinner service which is fantastic to see. In attendance, we had a mixture of small companies and also groups of friends that were getting together for Christmas catch up.
This time though it was the turn of The Chain Gang to take to The Jazz Cafe stage. The Chain Gang are a 10-piece with a funky brass section and powerful vocals. They perform songs from the Motown, jazz and soul genres as well as a couple of more modern hits. Once again, they were a huge hit and the dancefloor was full with party people!
